Dr. Ludington takes pride in her working relationship with primary care providers and surgeons. Your referral is appreciated. After your patient's evaluation, you will receive a consultation note within a few days so that you are "kept in the loop" about your patient's condition. When a high risk condition is identified (need to proceed with catheterization, bypass, or pacer placement, for example), Dr. Ludington will contact your office directly with a brief update.
We will accomodate your patients quickly, understanding that many heart related conditions can be life-threatening and require prompt attention.
Most insurance plans are accepted. Dr. Ludington sees every patient personally. As one of only a handful of female cardiologists in San Diego County, she has a special interest in women's heart disease .
A full complement of cardiovascular services are available directly in our office including advanced lipid analysis, stress testing, nuclear cardiology on site , state of the art 4D echocardiography, vascular ultrasound (carotid, peripheral arterial), etc.
